Here's how it works. Together we will establish performance criteria and attach a value to each metric. You tell us what metrics are important to you and we'll deliver.

For example, metrics may include:

• Accuracy of estimates
• Account service response time
• Invoice timeliness
• Graphic production durability

Our performance guarantee also includes one year of free repair services to any new exhibit. If for any reason we don't perform to expectations, Matrex will write you a check for the metric value.
